We went to Parliament Hill viewpoint in Hampstead Heath. You can see 14 miles to Parliament from here. We saw from Victoria Tower all the way over to the O2.

Next up – a visit to The Village Haberdashery so Nancy can buy yarn.

Later – the yarn was not the right kind so we hopped on the bus and came home.  It’s amazing how easy it is to get around this city on public transportation,  With the exception of grocery shopping, I don’t see much need for a car here.  I guess they have services like Instacart here so even there a car wouldn’t be needed – after you understand what is available here that is.  We haven’t been able to buy a gallon of milk anywhere, eggs are not refrigerated.
